“We had Pruitt come out to take a look at our heat pump after it had started making loud noises and blowing hot air. The service tech quickly found the reason for our issues and gave us the options to get it fixed. Just a couple days later they installed a completely new system for us. My husband is in the service business and he was very impressed with the quality of the materials and system they put in! Not to mention, the price was very reasonable for all that was done. “Our first experience was just a system ‘tune-up’ because we had no heat. After several hours, the technician found numerous problems and corrected them all.
The second call was when the unit failed to switch to cooling. It came down to a reversing valve that failed. After talking to several companies, the bottom line was lots of money to fix a 22 year old system or get a new, upgraded system. We opted for a new system and Pruitt was the only one that could find a system to fit our houseboat (very limited space). The install went great and we highly recommend them for service and installs.” – Donald Ward
